Light bulb needs to be replaced. Call our After-Sales Service to

exchange the light bulb.

Programme cannot be started;

display indicates that detergent

dispenser is not properly inserted.

Detergent dispenser is not fully

inserted in the compartment; the

dispenser is not in contact with the

connection point at the end of the

compartment.

Carefully push the detergent

dispenser into the compartment as

far as it goes.

Display indicates demo mode The washing machine's

demonstration mode destined for

trade partners has not been exited

after a demonstration

imultaneously press the second

button from the right and the

second button from the left

side on the control panel. The

demonstration mode will be

ended, and the washing machine

can be operated according to the

provided instructions.
