SOFT CLOSING DOOR
Soft closing of the door allows for a more
ergonomic feel and an enhanced quality
perception. The new dumper device and hinges
create a “cushion” effect at just a slight push. This
is not only quieter, but also protects the furniture
and lengthens the lifespan of the oven.
MEAT PROBE SENSOR FOR
PERFECT ROASTING
The meat probe of your Bauknecht oven can be
programmed to detect temperatures between
30°C and 100°C. Simply insert the sensor into
the thickest part of the meat, select the target
core temperature and relax. You will be notied
with an audio signal when perfect roasting has
been achieved, and your oven will switch off
automatically.

BEST COOKING RESULTS
30 automatic recipes gathered from ideal cooking
parameters let you cook like a Master Chef. While
cooking with one of the 30 automatic recipes
available, an energy sensor measures different
energy parameters, and adapts the cooking time
accordingly to provide the best results.

SUCCULENCE GUARANTEED
With slow cooking, meat and sh are cooked at
the lowest temperatures: 90˚C for 4-7 hours for
meat and 85˚C for 2-5 hours for sh, depending
on the size of the joint or cut. This not only
ensures that food remains tender and succulent,
but also preserves nutrients and avours.
EXTRA LARGE CAVITY FOR
BETTER RESULTS
The new ovens retain the sleek, technological and
beautiful appearance characteristic of Bauknecht
appliances, but have a cavity that is expanded to
73L – compared to the conventional 52-55L. Multi-
level cooking is even better supported to deliver
exceptional cooking results.
